Synced Gmail: 14 new threads since last night

Inbox is triaged and tomorrow is prepped. Here's where things stand:
Needs you: 3 threads. Mum's Sunday lunch, the dentist reschedule, and the invoice from the plumber.
Drafted: replies to all 3, written from the thread history. Queued for your review.
Archived: 11 newsletters and receipts, filed and searchable.
Tomorrow: first event 9:30 standup. Gap from 12–2 if you want that dentist slot.

Nothing has been sent. All replies are sitting as drafts for you to review.

One place to clear the noise

Email, calendar, messages, calls, social updates, and places show up together, so you can deal with the day instead of bouncing between apps.

Offload the boring work

The assistant can triage threads, draft replies, prep your day, and keep track of loose ends. You choose which jobs it gets and which actions need sign-off.

Control what matters

Choose what the assistant can see, what it can prepare, and which actions need your approval before anything happens.

What it does

It keeps the boring parts moving: inbox triage, calendar planning, reminders, and the context you always end up searching for.

Gets your inbox under control

Mail syncs as it arrives. The assistant can look at the thread, your calendar, and the history you allow before it drafts a reply.

  • Triaged: important threads separated from newsletters and receipts
  • Drafted: replies based on the context myvaos is allowed to use
  • Queued: review, edit, send, or discard from one place

Helps with the calendar

Your calendar sits next to your mail, so planning does not start from a blank screen. Ask for a slot, and myvaos can check the relevant messages before drafting the invite.

  • Calendar sync: events, invites, and changes mirrored into the hub
  • Working context: hours, conflicts, travel time, and recurring patterns
  • Mail context: "dinner with Sam" can pull in the thread too
  • Briefings: what is coming up, what needs prep, and what can wait

Keeps a record you can use

Messages, calls, places, and events belong in the same timeline. myvaos turns them into a daily record you can search later.

  1. Collect the signal: location pings become places and visits
  2. Join the dots: calls, messages, and events land on the same timeline
  3. Draft the day: a nightly journal entry for review
  4. Find it later: "when did I last visit the dentist?" has an answer

Timeline sources are next on the roadmap (see the FAQ).

47 location points → 4 visits detected
Matched: "Lunch with Sam" at Café Nero
Calls: Mum (12 min), dentist (3 min)

Ask across your own history

Most assistants only see the app you are in. myvaos sees the connected parts of your life together: mail, calendar events, calls, messages, and places.

Flight details, old invoices, the last time you met someone. The useful answer is usually spread across more than one account.

You stay in charge

You control what the AI sees and how it interacts with each service. Give it read-only access for one workflow, or let it draft actions that wait for your sign-off.

The point is to offload the work you do not want to do, without handing over the parts that should still be yours.

How it works

Connect sources, mirror the data, decide what the assistant can use.

Sources

Drivers mirror each service into your database. Every row keeps its source and external ID, so re-syncs can run repeatedly without duplicating data.

Gmail Google Calendar Twilio WhatsApp Signal OwnTracks

Solid pills are live today; dashed ones are next on the roadmap.

The hub

A shared schema across sources: people and their identities, threads and messages, events, calls, places, visits, and the timeline that ties them together.

People Threads Events Places & visits Timeline

The assistant

An AI layer reads the parts of the hub you allow. It can triage mail, draft replies, plan your day, and write diary entries, with permissions set per workflow.

Drafts Briefings Diary Review queue

You stay in control

Choose sources, set permissions, review actions.

Choose the sources

Connect only the accounts you want myvaos to use. Leave the rest out.

Set the permissions

Give each workflow the access it needs: read, draft, queue, or act.

Review important actions

Replies, invites, and messages can wait for approval before anything goes out.

Change it anytime

Turn sources and workflows on or off as your needs change.

Frequently asked questions

What is myvaos?
myvaos (My Virtual Assistant OS) is a personal OS for your life. It brings email, calendar, messaging, calls, social accounts, and an AI assistant into one app.
What works today?
Stage 1 is the hub plus Gmail and Google Calendar mirroring, served as an installable PWA. On the roadmap: the Drafter (AI replies queued for review), calls and SMS via Twilio, WhatsApp and Signal bridges, the OwnTracks location timeline, and the nightly diary writer.
Why not just use a hosted personal AI?
Because generic assistants do not have the right context or permission model. myvaos is built around your connected services, your review queue, and actions you can approve before they happen.
Can the assistant act on its own?
Only if you give a workflow that permission. The default pattern is draft first: replies, invites, and messages sit in a review queue until you send, edit, or discard them yourself.
Where does my data live?
myvaos mirrors the connected services you authorize so the assistant can search and work across them. The original services, such as Gmail and Google Calendar, remain the source of truth.
What does "mirror" mean exactly?
Each source has a driver that copies its data into the hub's shared schema: people, threads, messages, events, places, and visits. Every record keeps a source and external id, so sync can run safely and deleting the mirror does not touch the original service.
How is this different from just using Gmail and Google Calendar?
Those apps are useful, but each one only sees its own slice. Putting the data in one hub makes cross-channel search, a timeline, diary drafts, and better assistant context possible.
